This is surrounded by thick, 2-inch Intellicore® polyurethane insulation, which not only boosts the door’s energy efficiency, but also helps keep your garage quieter and more comfortable year-round. Another steel layer adds extra durability, while the exterior is finished with a composite cladding and overlay that mimic the look and feel of real wood without the worries of warping, rotting, or cracking.

Maintenance is simple: the composite materials are moisture-resistant and built to handle everything from coastal humidity to harsh winters. The multi-layer steel skin is protected by Clopay’s advanced rust-prevention system, including hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide coating, and a tough, baked-on finish. Every door comes with a replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer to keep the elements out, and a patented Safe-T-Bracket® to help prevent injuries during maintenance. This is a door designed for everyday ease, lasting curb appeal, and dependable performance.
